What will I need?
In order to set / reset your PIN you will need -
- Your Card ID - This is shown on the reverse of your user/membership card under the barcode. If you do not have a card you will need to visit reception
- Your Member ID - This is on the email you received when you joined online. If you do not have this or you did not join online you can call us on 023 8028 5531 or visit reception to find this out
- A valid email address on our system
