We are looking forward to seeing you again. Before you visit us, here's a few things to remember:
All visitors and customers are encouraged to wear a face covering (unless you are exempt) in all communal areas of our centres. All children under 11 years are not required to wear a face covering.
These areas include:
Face coverings can be removed when using the gyms, swimming pools and whilst participating in group fitness classes.
Swim Academy parents/guardians are also encouraged to wear a face covering when waiting for children in the viewing areas.
The NHS Covid-19 Test and Trace app is available to download and use.
All of our Health and Leisure centres will display posters with our unique QR codes for you to check in using the app.
When using our facilities, please 'check in' on the app using the unique QR code in the area that your session takes place. If you have booked more than one activity, we ask that you check in separately to each different area. If you are attending the Swim Academy you'll be encouraged to check in to the swimming pool areas when you bring your children to their lessons.
We encourage all our customers to download and use the new NHS Covid 19 App to help keep you safe, protect those around you and control the spread of the virus.
