Adult lessons

Learning to swim can be intimidating no matter how old (or young) you are. However learning to swim is an important life skill and it's never too late to learn. Swimming is also a fantastic way to stay active and is very therapeutic. Let our qualified and personable instructors help you boost your confidence in the water or perhaps perfect your stroke technique. All you need to do is get in touch.
